Connect on Android

Three methods available: Firefly Connector (recommended), full APK replacement, or hosts-based routing.

Recommended

Firefly Connector

The simplest method. Install the connector, tap connect, and play. No need to uninstall the official Growtopia app.

  1. Download

    Download FireflyConnector.apk from the downloads section above.

  2. Install

    Install the APK on your Android device. Allow installation from unknown sources if prompted.

  3. Connect

    Open Firefly Connector and tap the Connect button.

  4. Launch Growtopia

    Open Growtopia and log in. You are now connected to Firefly Private Server.

Full Client

Firefly APK

Uninstall the official Growtopia app before installing Firefly APK. Both apps cannot coexist on the same device.
  1. Uninstall Official Growtopia

    Remove the official Growtopia app from your device to avoid conflicts.

  2. Download

    Download FFPS.apk from the downloads section above.

  3. Install

    Install the APK. Allow installation from unknown sources if prompted by your device.

  4. Launch

    Open the Firefly app and log in. You are now connected to Firefly Private Server.

Hosts

PowerTunnel / Virtual Hosts

Route your connection through Firefly without replacing your Growtopia app. Requires additional configuration.

  1. Install PowerTunnel

    Download and install PowerTunnel from the downloads section above.

  2. Copy Host URL

    Copy the PowerTunnel host URL from the field above.

  3. Open Settings

    Launch PowerTunnel and open the settings menu (three-line icon in the top corner).

  4. Configure Hosts

    Navigate to the host settings section and paste the copied URL into the hosts field.

  5. Set Update Period

    Change the update period from 12 hours to On Start for immediate effect.

  6. Start PowerTunnel

    Activate PowerTunnel. A key icon will appear in your status bar indicating the VPN is active.

  7. Launch Growtopia

    Open Growtopia and log in. You are now connected to Firefly Private Server.
